Your Story - Your Book is designed to assist individuals in researching and documenting their family history for current generations and generations to come.
Everyone has a story to tell; yet everyone is not able to tell that story. Your Story - Your Book provides that needed assistance to future storytellers and authors so that they too can achieve success in effectively putting their story on paper.
Your Story - Your Book carries an individual's dream even further by putting that individual's words in a book. It is a joyous occasion when an individual can see his own byline on the cover of a book that he has written. It is equally exciting for a descendant of that author to see his relative's name on the front cover of a book as it's author.
Your Story - Your Book is about helping to make dreams come true.
Dr. Jackie S. Henderson
DR. JACKIE S. HENDERSON
Born in Birmingham, Alabama. During her early childhood, Dr. Jackie developed a strong love for reading which soon led to a genuine interest in writing.
She serves as Associate Minister at Greenforest Community Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia. Upon retiring from Emory University after seventeen years, she became owner of Your Family Research & Publishing and co-owner of The Sunday School Doctors.
Her education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, a MDiv degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta GA, and DMin degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in Jacksonville FL.
She accepted the call into the ministry and serves as Associate Minister at Greenforest Community Baptist Church.
Dr. Jackie married Chester Henderson in 1971 and they have two adult sons, Daryl and Mark Henderson.
